Refund Policy — Kingdom Marketing Summit

Thank you for registering for the Kingdom Marketing Summit (“the Summit”), hosted by Bibleway Transition Church. Because the Summit is a live, in-person event with limited seating and fixed costs (venue, catering, materials, speaker fees), the following refund policy applies to all ticket purchases of $1,497.
1. Cancellation by Attendee

| 14–29 days before the event | 50% refund, OR full credit toward a future event |
| 0–13 days before the event | No cash refund. Registration may be transferred to another attendee (see Section 3) or applied as credit toward a future event, at the organizer’s discretion |
| No-shows (did not cancel, did not attend) | No refund and no credit |
To request a cancellation or refund, email BibelwayTransitionChurch@gmail.com with your name, registration confirmation number, and reason for cancellation. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days of approval.
2. Cancellation by Organizer
If Bibleway Transition Church cancels the Summit for any reason (including but not limited to low enrollment, speaker unavailability, or force majeure events such as severe weather, natural disaster, or public health emergency), registered attendees will be offered, at the organizer’s discretion:
- A full refund of the registration fee, or
- Transfer of registration to a rescheduled date, or
- Credit toward a future Bibleway Transition Church event
The organizer is not responsible for reimbursing incidental costs such as travel, lodging, or lost wages related to a canceled or rescheduled event.
3. Transfers & Substitutions
Registrations may be transferred to another individual at no charge up to 7 days before the event. To transfer a ticket, email BibelwayTransitionChurch@gmail.com with the new attendee’s full name and contact information.
4. Event Changes
The organizer reserves the right to modify the Summit’s schedule, speaker lineup, or venue location due to circumstances beyond its control. Minor changes of this nature do not entitle attendees to a refund.
5. Payment Plans
If registration was completed via a payment plan, all scheduled payments remain due regardless of attendance unless the registration is canceled in accordance with Section 1 above. Failure to complete payment does not cancel a registration; attendees must actively request cancellation.
